Manic Panic Rockabilly Blue bold and bright hair dye.

This striking colour, when applied to bleached or pre-lightened hair will be a vivid, cobalt blue. Lasts approx 30% longer than classic cream colour! 

Best suits: Pale blonde or hair that has been pre-lightened (Level 9-10).

100% vegan.

Apply to dry hair sparingly, this colour is so strong you won’t need a lot. Comb through to make sure it is applied evenly. Let process until hair colour dries, this will prevent any unwanted bleeding. Put on protective gloves. Do not rinse hair in the shower – you will stain your skin. The colour is too strong. Rinse with cool water away from the face!! Rinse until water runs clear, this may take some time but it’s worth it. Once the water runs clear, apply a thick conditioner to hair and rinse again until water runs clear.

It is the strongest most pigmented colour ever! Be very sparing when using and use less than usual as this colour is strong. It will stain if you aren’t careful when dying your hair! The most gorgeous true bright blue I have seen.
